Unless they're using different shipping points because I'm in Ontario and you're in BC, they're probably going to ship from the same depot.

edit: I paid Ontario taxes on mine... so they don't have any legitimate reason to charge duty on it. |

As for LTE, yes we can get it by changing APN's. In my case, I have to use (create) ltemobile.apn on Rogers. Then, dial *#*4636#*#*, and choose ‘LTE/GSM/CDMA auto (PRL)’ from the drop-down menu.

You can soft-hack the Nexus 4 to active it's LTE chip... whch works on the AWS band... so if the carrier supports AWS band LTE then you'd be good to go.
Wind (my provider) has it in testing mode, so I'll porbably be able to take advantage of it.
I'm coming from the GSM version of the Galaxy Nexus...
