Teksavvy doesn't make sense anymore for Quebec customers who want the absolute best value. (Fibe 15/10)

69$ vs. 56$ for 10mbit upload, plus free dry loop and installation, 50/10 for the first 6 months....

Granted, bell charges more for bandwidth, but for the average user Bell is now far more attractive.
