They are are saying this is the biggest storm in a couple years. Almost comparing it to the "Blizzard of 78"

What sucks is I take the bus everywhere. I'm off Thursday, but work Friday, and off Saturday (each week is different). Not sure if the bus will run. They are saying as much as 2 feet now, probably a record breaker.

I live on a steep hill, and walking down it is very hazardous even in a light dusting.

The other day I slipped on my ass twice going down the hill.

BoothBay is widely viewed as the "Riviera of Maine", with many rich and famous celebrities such as our very own "Dominokat" maintaining swanky residences there!

It is apporximately 1/2 a world away (well, over 5 hours south-east anyway) from Caribou ME, in Aroostook County, home of the famous "Lake Placid" trilogy of killer-crocodile movies. (Been there a number of times...didn't see no killer crocs! )

Still on target to be a big storm!
I honestly was skeptical about it being big, but I changed my mind.
I'm stocked up on provisions and am going to sit this out smelling a pot roast cooking in my crock pot for 6 hours.

I don't think that Sorto's up to shovelling snow in a blizzard. So you may be stuck inside for a while.

I just spent 163 dollars at the store getting food.
Not that the storm made me "panic" but I had to get some food and stuff any way.

While I was at the store, my iPhone made a piercing sound (like that of the emergency broadcast) and gave the warning. I have never herd the phone do that before. It was also embarrassing with people looking at me while it screeched!
