Telus is a full-fledged member of the oligopoly of mainstream providers in Canada. They easily could, but have strong interest in not doing so to protect their profit margins. I don't agree with it, but I don't blame them.
I do... They make how many billions of dollars every year, but their main concern is how to give their big wigs outrageous raises and perks? I mean come on... You have to admit that is kinda shady.
