 | Unerrored codewords...is this strange? Everyone's said how those numbers for unerrored/uncorrectable codewords in the bonding channel value table are irrelevant unless the values become astronomical but is it normal for one channel's value to be considerably larger than the others? In my 6120's log this is what I have:
Channel ID 2 3 6 8 Total Unerrored Codewords 1848019695 1848019904 1848019993 6142987204 Total Correctable Codewords 127 10 10 8 Total Uncorrectable Codewords 1600 1435 1348 1436
Modem's "favorite" channel is 2 so that's not it (though why are the 'correctable codewords' higher on that channel than the others?). Is this something to be concerned about (I do get T3s/T4s from time to time) or don't worry about it? |

»Modem developing an affinity for 1 of 4 downstream channels
If you have not done so, you may want to read that over and see if it answers your question.

Other modems may only start counting after the connection is fully established. |
