Don't know if you already know or not but for the millionth time, TSI cable bandwidth usage on rogers' network is the honour system.
If you actually want to know when you have to worry about your bandwidth then I think they might be able to implement a usage tracker when they switch to aggregated, which is said to start deploying in March. |

I've used this for the past year and it's free. Just make sure you use the correct interface in the options. For me with no Router, it's Monitor "All Ethernet Connections".

Most ISP's monitoring systems are inaccurate anyway...
Anyhow, I personally monitor it through my router running DD-WRT |
