We don't do any holding for cancellations because we know it could impact the transfer of one's service.

I just sent you a PM... Essentially, you asked us to cancel on the 4th, less then 24 hours later, we sent it to Rogers and less than 48 hours from when you cancelled, Rogers confirmed the disconnect for the date you wanted.
I think it was just bad timing... Your new provider should be able to resubmit that order, I think they were just too quick
