MS DRM Rage

looks like MS is debating whether or not "always-on" internet connection required to play anything on the XBOX 720.

Good reason not to buy one, then.

This would probably be used to block used games too. Hmm not too long after sony made that patent. Interesting. Suddenly the wiiU doesn't looks so bad, and the pc looks even more stellar.

Considering the WiiU doesn't have this requirement, nor any method to prevent someone from playing used games, it would not make sense for Sony and Microsoft to make these DRM requirements with their respective consoles.

The wiiu will probably be noticeably weaker(worse graphics) than the 720 and ps4, that gives MS and Sony some leeway. As much as I loath to admit it so many games are graphics whores and thats all they care about these days, especially most of the COD and halo crowd. And thats MS's bread and butter, not so much sony but eh if MS gets away with it sony probably will try it too.
