Re: Intermittent packet loss Columbus OH area So I have uncovered a bit more information in my tests. Hopefully this information gets passed on to the appropriate people at WOW.
I have been monitoring connectivity with pings to the following WOW servers/routes "10.35.25.94" and "10.35.24.2". When the disconnects occur I am still able to continue pinging those servers with NO interruption.
So, this should indicate that the issue is beyond those links in the chain.
