It's probably too late to tell you this... but if you select the system log over on the left-hand side of the screen, click on 'filter current log' somewhere on the right-hand side, and then type in MemoryDiagnostics-Results at the place labelled 'source', you could have got it more easily.

anon posted : I just finished a memory diagnostic after installing new RAM. Windows 7 booted, but there are no results in the Action Center.

The Event Log has only this vague message:

Is this a Pass or a Fail? I think there should be more information than just the name of the process.
