You're looking at a 'debug' log, which is not intended for mere mortals, but for the maintainer of the software. The actual results can be seen in the 'detail' tab, but as it's just a honking great hex number, it probably won't do you any good.
The interpreted results are found in the Windows system log, source "MemoryDiagnostics-Results".

It's probably too late to tell you this... but if you select the system log over on the left-hand side of the screen, click on 'filter current log' somewhere on the right-hand side, and then type in MemoryDiagnostics-Results at the place labelled 'source', you could have got it more easily.
