Thank you for taking an interest Phil. I got your message, but when I called back no one knew how to find or transfer to you. At this point, I have already requested Bell to take over service from the 11th, and I will not be backing out of that commitment.
While I do see the new speed, it took you guys a month and a wasted a lot of my time. At this point, it is too little and too late. Maybe I'll try TekSavvy again in the future. But for now, I am done.
