[Cable] TSI APOI transfer roadmap?

When will we see one? if ever =]

I haven't seen an roadmap posted yet. My best guess is that we'll see something in a few weeks.

TSI Marc has stated that POIs which ARE closest to their current capacity will be the first of the dis-agg POIs to go APOI. The first APOI users will be areas that TSI does not currently service.
