Could a Telus Tech or Engineer Help me with Optik 50 Request
I just spoke to another Customer Service Rep in my search to get Optik 50 and he was most helpful and even thought I could qualify but that the tool he was using and his system would not allow him to set it up. He actually indicated that if I knew someone that is a tech or engineer at Telus that they might be able to override the system. Is there a tech here that could check my line and let me know? Please? Or actually get the order set up? Thanks.
