Keith, how does one know if this effects them or not? I live at Coxwell / Danforth area, does this effect me?

For the most part, I'm happy with my speed test results. But here's what I'm getting now:

The issue in North York is one of No Signal to the modem.

As for the slow speeds this would be related to something else.
