Re: New Xbox Always Online, Game Activation Code Rumors

Considering gamestop here won't even bother carry GBA games anymore, and instead started favoring tablets and *cough* leapfrogs instead...

I'll be among the first to dance upon their grave.

Well, you know, those GBA carts take up so much space.

What takes up more space? A standard GBA with cartridge in the slot that would get sold to the right buyer, or a leapfrog that nobody is coming into your store expecting to see, much less looking to buy?

My gamestop doesn't have a leapfrog, I feel behind the times.

I'm surprised any of them still carry used PS2's still, considering that Sony wants them (and us) to forget that generation ever existed.

I was being sarcastic, because GBA games are tiny.

Not as tiny as the itsy-bitsy DS games that freak me out. I don't even want to let my daughter touch hers, I still remember a cousin's kid losing one inside a sofa one Christmas and having a meltdown. Whenever she has her 3DS case open I methodically come by and count the games every 20 minutes or so to make sure none have disappeared.

With GBA games, I'd actually assume it might be a matter of lack of stock more than anything. I'd guess that fewer people are trading them in at this point, so there are fewer for them to resell without taking them from one store and shipping them around elsewhere.
