With the big snowstorm moving up the east coast, the schools are closed, and most people are working from home. So I wondered how much of an effect there would be on the network speeds.
I ran shaperprobe, and here are my results:

Those are the numbers that I always see (give or take the usual daily variation).
So it appears that the network speeds are not affected by everyone staying home and playing with their internet-enabled toys.
