Details are scarce in regards to if it will be the exact same, 1-hour playtime constrained beta as the first but atleast some people will have a chance to try it out if they didn't get a chance last time.

I played in the closed beta about a week or so ago and got a number of hours with the game. I thought it was awesome. Very well done and true to the original Simcity's (good thing) while still being able to offer a new, graphic overhauled, up to date take on the series for a new installment. Saying i'm excited would be an understatement.
