[Cable] Ottawa Outage?

Anyone else in Ottawa lose their cable internet this morning? It seems to have gone down at around 5am this morning and came back online a 10am....I was affected because I am working from home today and it wasn't online at 9. Called Rogers (about TV) and they said they are aware of the outage and that it should be back up by noon...Thank god it was before then.

Seems to have been DHCP related given my SB6120 logs, but I did get the same IP back after 5 hours of downtime....Anyone else?

Actually it was a system outage based on the fallowfield head end ... all signals were lost ... cable, internet, homephone (why I refuse to go with any digital phone service over cable ... one break and everything goes away!)

It wasn't a DHCP problem ... there was literally no signal in a lot of the fallowfield footprint.

Well i didn't shovel all ten feet of snow i did about 7 or 8 feet and didn't have time to check my internet. Ottawa is notorious for winters.
