I signed up for one-bill in late November and they said it's still pending - it's been 3 months, which they also admit should not be the case. I've come to find out during another recent call that it was de-enrolled soon after but they said it's not actually true and I'm still pending. I call today and they say it's possibly not going through because I already have a corporate discount on the wireless. Has anyone heard of this and / or still getting a one-bill $10/mo. discount despite having a corporate discount? I'm just looking to save as much as possible.
I have a 25% corporate discount with wireless, one bill (wireless and triple play) with the one-bill $10/mo. discount. I have a total $50 credit every month on triple play plus the corporate discount on wireless. Verizon matched the local Cablevision special. I'm not sure Verizon will still match. I'm not sure if my matching Cablevsion special is what allowed both corporate and one discounts?
