Profile rebuilt

Does my profile sound like it needs rebuilt? My activation date is still a day or 2 out but i have been charged already and the dsl modem lights are all green. However it won't authenticate me on the network. It sounds to me like my profile needs rebuilt to get me on the network. Just let me know if you will look into it.

alright they charged my card on 2/6 i just checked. why is my authentication on the network failing? i have the right username password. could you please rebuild my profile as you have already charged me.

well i called in. they kept telling me to wait until the actual activation date which i couldn't completely understand because i had already been charged and my modem was on the network with the exception of authentication. I'll give it till sunday when my activation date is, but i'm still betting at&t has messed up my profile somehow. I'm assuming i'll have to call in again sunday to get it fixed.
