The terms of service for FIOS Digital Voice says that calling cards are not supported.
That refers to VZ's calling cards.
As long as your spouse is dialing an 800 number, there should be no issue. -- There are 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't.
Is there anyone who could possibly test this with a calling card that uses an 800 number? It doesn't have to be an AT&T calling card. I would so very much appreciate it!
I can't jeopardize my spouse's ability to do his job by switching phone service and then not being able to go back.
