So i have been having medicom less than a month after switching from my amazing Directv service. and twice so far i have had the dvr say that dvr service is not available or disabled and to contact mediacom. and sometimes when i try to play a show that is on the dvr, i have to try like 6 to 20 times to get it to work. has anyone else had problems like this? we are supposed to have the whole home (3 room) dvr service and a standard hd box in the 3rd bedroom. one dvr is in the living room and 2 in the other bedrooms.
