help how to connect Bluetooth to laptop?

I have only 2 USB ports in my laptop (SONY VPCSA290X »esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-hom···nloadTab Win 7 64bit)

one of them is taken up by Logitech bluetooth USB dongle/adapter for my Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball »www.amazon.com/Logitech-910-0017···rackball

but I think my laptop has built in bluetooth (please see the attached screenshot from device manager)

say if I lost the bluetooth dongle

how can I connect the two?

I have no clue

please help

Here's a picture of device manager with a usb bluetooth dongle.

The usb dongle is the bluetooth radio if its missing replace it.
