Is the same. If your using WPA or WPA2 and input a simplistic password in the box. it should work if you type it on the device.
Be sure you are connecting to the SSID name and not a different SSID by accident.
You might temporarily disable any WiFi security as a test. Make sure you can connect then. After that test, turn on WiFi security and set for WPA and TPIK then input a simple password, like 123456, save and test to see if you can get our device connected using that pw. |

also try a wired LAN cable connection from a PC to the back of the router as well. |
