Seems that for the last few days my connection, specifically my ping, is in the crapper.
Download speed seems ok
upload not so good
ping- Triple than what it usually is (about)

I have rebooted the router (actiontech MI424WR) numerous times.
no help
Is there anything I can do?
Since I have had Fios no probs until now.
PS- I have the basic fios backage (3 play) I think 35/35 ?
