those figures are from the docsis 3.0 specification. not sure if they are limits or minimum capabilities though.

Interesting, the document I downloaded from cablelabs some months ago has only two decelerations in it, single Chanel and multiple, there is no split multiple for 2 versus 3-4 channels [nor SCDMA/TDMA] the ways yours is. The date on yours indicates it is a few years old so its not a new edit either. Going to have navigate their document section again and see if they have conflicting documents or what.
