Re: [XPPro] Ctrl Alt Del not bringing up Task Manager Window.
This may be not exactly what is being asked for, but I always use ctrl-shift-esc to bring up the task manager. (and if I do use ctrl-alt-del it brings up a menu of choices, one of which is task manager)
