Fox Sports to take over Speed, etc

Heard about this a while back, but in reading about it on multichannel.com Speed to become Fox Sports 1, Fuel to become Fox Sports 2, and what I hadn't heard was Fox Sports Soccer to become FX 2.
Supposed to happen in August and trying to go head to head against ESPN (which means more $$$$ for the user).

Maybe they can call the channel "Indoor Life".

I can not believe that FSC has lost the EPL and SPeed has lost F1, all to NBC Sports. Yowzers.
