[DSL] MLPPP

Hi

Just wondering if MLPPP is supported out west, I seem to remember it was but just looking for clarification.

Also what is the maximum number of lines supported in an MLPPP configuration.

Thanks

Randal

Yes MLPPP is supported for DSL in BC/AB.

8 Lines should be the max used.

8 if you're not using something based on Linux/MLPPP or Tomato/MLPPP.

8 lines? What is the speed you are getting out of that setup?

It peaks out around 42/4. Download is good, but upload is a bit disappointing. This is on eight of Telus's so-called 6/1 ports. The modems typically sync at 6144/896, although the last two I had connected were at a whopping 7133 down. Go ADSL2+! Unfortunately that extra speed does absolutely nothing for you unless it's on every modem.
