[TV] fibetv help

Hi,

I currently have 2 x 9241 HD PVR's with 1TB EHD attached. Every time I go to a local Bell tv store or even speak to a Bell rep I get a different answer. They say I can only record 100 HRS which is a huge problem for me since the wife records tons of stuff for her & the kids. Can anyone tell me how many SD hours & the size of HD that is on the Fibe HD PVR? Would love to switch from sat to fibe, but the hours of recording is holding me back. Also, hate the idea of snow, rain & cloud fade on the dish. Because fibe is MPEG4, will that equate to more than 100 hrs of recording?

With the newer box roughly 200 hours of HD and/or 500 hours of SD. Its actually about a 630GB Hard drive but only 500GB are used for recordings.

The older VIP 1232 is roughly 100 hours of HD and/or 250-300 hours of SD.

That's exactly the info I was looking for.

Thank you very much
