Not sure what's going on as before the speed increase I was seeing upstream speeds of 10Mbps but now I can't even hit 1Mbps. I'm on Premier tier in the Lakes/Peccole Ranch area and no sir, I don't like it. Even the Cox speedtest tends to just time out on me. I use the Cisco DPC 3010 and the Asus RT n66U router.

PM me your cable MAC and I'll take a look to see if something weird is going on.
