How to switch to Rogers? How does process work?

Hey,

Currently on teksavvy cable internet.

I would like to switch to Rogers, but I am not sure how the process works.

If I order Rogers now, when should it be setup so I get less downtime? Also, I think for teksavvy my month was renewed a few days ago, so I still have about a month to go. Will that go to waste?

What date should I tell Rogers to setup my internet?

Please explain how this whole process works as I am confused.

Hello,

You can cancel with us. Once you know the date, you can reach out with Rogers & tell them of the current cancellation date you have with us to place the order on that day.

You may want to just double check your billing dates with us to ensure you choose the appropriate date.

Regards,
Martin

Call Rogers and order service and have them set the activation date for a few days before the end of your TekSavvy cancellation date.

Is there an estimate date on when the speeds will be same as Rogers?

TekSavvy has not announced any dates as to when they will switch over to the APOI's however they have said that POIs not currently served by TekSavvy and POIs that are nearing their capacity limits will be first to get switched over.
