They sent me one about a month ago after my last call, I filled it out with just how I felt. How the heck a company can keep telling customers that they will have something fixed in 6 months and 3 years later it still is not fixed is a joke. I would not recommend windstream to anyone for any reason.
A company that continues to knowingly sell DSL on oversubscribed DSLams have no ethics and when you call back to the business office they say we don't see any problem in your area.

Friday they managed to screw up an auto draft, how do you manage to bill me a day later and then charge me for being late? I have had auto draft for over 10 years.
