Re: Anyone Not Using 4G?
I still use an old Verizon LG Voyager Titanium. No 4G. I am not a fan of touch screen typing, my real keyboard is very nice. The biggest issue is the ridiculous Verizon pricing for having a smart phone. I would have to pay a monthly fee just to have a device access their network, on top of the monthly plan fee I would have to pay. And why is the fee for a phone higher than the one for tablets? A 4G device is a 4G device. There should be device neutrality in network access pricing. $3 per month would be more than adequate for all types of devices. A dime a day. The plan you select pays for the actual voice, text, and data you use. The per device network access charge is ridiculously inflated. I love the Verizon voice coverage, so I stay. I will leave if some MVNO gets a real good 4G phone that I like, with equal or better coverage and service, at a significantly lower price than Verizon. I sense that will happen within 3 years. My money is betting it could be Straight Talk.
