I received a email that I need to pay 177$ when all months I usually pay for 56$ I call an agent and all he tried to do is to sale me more gigs is he for real , so they still want me to pay 177$ .

well I can't be watching my kids all the time so stress full I need a company with unlimited internet . I need to search for a new ISP with unlimited bandwith.

Sorry but I don't call this a rip off. When you have a cap, you are responsible for respecting it (Not saying caps are fair, but for now that is what they are so we need to deal with them)

Sorry but I don't feel your post belongs here or at least not the way you express it. To me it should read "Damn my kids ripped me off busting my cap and now I need to pay 177$"

Sorry, but this post absolutely belongs here, exactly the way it was expressed.

I would strongly urge the OP to move the hell off Bell ASAP, and on to a reliable independent ISP that will at least try to restrain themselves from sending obscene bills like this to their customers.

And beoneradio, if you have other services with Bell, I would urge you to move those too. Vote with your wallet.

sounds to me, like maybe he was on a promo price plan that just expired.

That with the $80 max cap could explain the high charge.
