I believe this has been discussed here before, but I'm going to ask anyway to be sure. With dry loop DSL, it doesn't matter whether one orders a residential DSL or business account for the service address, correct? As in, one could order a residential connection at a business address and a business connection at a residential address because there's no res/bus phone number to tie to, right?
Now - this I haven't seen asked - but if the situation above is true, could one order a residential DSL connection at a business address and then bill to a business name, or would it have to be an actual person's name?
I can confirm that you can do this. My DSL connection in St. George is a residential connection run at a business address on a Bell POTS line. It can be done. I've done it.
