For like the past week it seems that SOME of my internet use is slow in the evenings but its really random, on speedtest.net I get 5mbps (usually 50 with boost) but on the bell speed test it get about 35 (on 28/1 with acanac) With a download manager I get a boost upto 70Mbps but if I recall it only works when the network isn't congested so what is going on? I can't tell if this is poi or node congestion yet I get speedboost working so its kinda confusing
