 | Possibly new customer Rocca, I am impressed by your company, I am contemplating signing up my self when my new house is ready but I want to sign my parents up in the mean time. I took my Tek router to their house to check the cable line and it has been working perfectly since. I am wondering if we can get the installation fees voided? It is to note that they dont currently have any services with rogers for tv phone or internet. thanks |

They are paying rogers \ cogeco for installs.
Maybe if start was doing installs, maybe that way 'sometimes' install fees could be voided, but, this way, i don't think so. |

Unfortunately it would require a new install even if the signal is still there as the transfer promo can only apply when we're transferring active service. The $50 install fee we charge is already discounted below our costs to get connected so I'm afraid I can't reduce it further. Thanks for your interest and have a great night. |
