So the outage is a minimum of 8 hours and counting.

And we're waiting on Cogeco. Hopefully you guys have a good data plan on your mobile phone.

I have been having slow speeds at 0.05 - 0.20 down all day up until now, i can confirm that it speeds have went back up:
