I wanted to consider upgrade a phone that is about a year old. I checked AT&T's upgrade thing on my account and it says that I am eligible for an upgrade of an iPhone at a reduced discount and that I am eligible for the full discount next year. Anyone know what a "reduced" discount and how much different it is from the whole discount with a 2 year agreement?

I looked into it a few years ago. I believe that a full subsidized upgrade at that time for the base model current iPhone was $200, and the reduced rate for the same phone was $400. I'm not sure if it's the same now though.
