I have not yet gotten to the point of canceling my service with Hughes net, yet I see plenty of people who are trying. Why do all these people have to wait for a call from you to do it? Most people have jobs and do not have the time to wait for you to call. What kind of business practice is this, simply provide a method for them to disengage, if there is a monetary penalty, so be it. Your current system is providing a lot of anger and frustration, word of mouth is a very powerful tool and this company will suffer in the long run. This is a simple question, all of the people who are angry out there, stay out of this question and let see if Hughes net will answer, remember they (Hughes monitors) are here to help. |

I turned in my Gen4 hardware in late December, and fax'd them the installer statement on the 1st of January. They said refunds for hardware and installation could take up to 45 days. The 44th day is upon us, sans refund. Two more days and I'm back on the horn again, with a little more vehemence this time.
