[Signals] T4 timeout on one upstream channel

One upstream channel always shows a status of "T4 Timeout" -- even immediately after rebooting the modem, could this be a problem on my end?

No.

It's a known firmware quirk.

Try using the "Reset All Defaults" button in the user interface first and then the "Restart Cable Modem" button.

No, there might be a maintenance/outage in your area. Luckily for you, you're using a DOCSIS3.0 compatible modem.

You should try logging into the xfinity website to check if there's any reported service outages.

It's NOT an outage and is nothing to be concerned about.
