To answer your question, referrals only apply to high speed internet service. A referral may be added on at any time although we prefer this info be taken on the new order. Your friend will be asked how he heard about us which at that point he can mention you . He will need to provide your CID number when he signs up.

 | reply to Poser I suspect when ordering online the referrals aren't applied? My case is similar in that the people I referred ordered online and inputted my CID, but I didn't get the discount. I was told after that I need to ask the new customer to call in with my CID...

 | When ordering online, the order processor has to enter it manually into the system. It could have been overlooked hence why it wasn't applied.
