| Fees Are there any fees for switching plans? Say I sign up for Advanced cable and want to switch to Pro cable later? What if I get a new modem? I have a SB6121 now but might switch to a DCM476 later for the 8 channel bonding.
I think this info should be available on the website instead of us having to ask? Same with the moving fee. |

| as someone who was on TSI until 2 weeks ago and seeing so many youtube and twitch.tv issues (as well as others with OVH), I can confirm that's there's been zero issue with youtube or twitch on Start and i can always saturate my 45mbit/sec at OVH/Montreal too. |

+1 I never had any issues with youtube. I don't do twitch stuff but youtube no issues. Flawless, smooth, 1080p without issue.
