I am sorry to see that you had to go through all that. I can relate more than you know. Unfortunately I was attacked by other users more than once on this website here for telling the truth. I am happy that it got cleaned up (there are always those who try to bait you into flame wars or try to invalidate an experience it sadly seems these days, no matter what website you go on). Someone might even come along soon to try to paint your story as somehow being false or greatly exaggerated (or only focus on a few mistakes you may have made unknowingly and not made in bad faith, as opposed to the many mistakes made by a company in question, with some of these mistakes demonstrating an emerging pattern of taking place with other customers as well), so just a heads up there. You may have to defend yourself still, against those who don't believe that such appalling service can exist. Meanwhile, those who have been there and done that like us know all too well how real it is. It's just a nightmare, isn't it?

As we have expressed in the past we apologize for any issues you experienced with your DSL account when you had service with us nearly two years ago now. We do take an active role in helping customers both on this site as well as via our other customers service channels. No one or no company is perfect and should we find that there was an issue with something or an issue that we could have handled better we will take responsibility for that and work to resolve the issue. I believe that you will agree with that as we came to an amicable resolution to your account at that time.
Again we do apologize for any issue that you experienced when you had an account with DSL Extreme a few years ago and wish you all the best in the future.
