Pin "Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)" to taskbar or start?

Is there any way I can pin "Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)" to the start menu or taskbar? I don't normally use internet explorer but when I do I would prefer to have easy access to the "No Add-Ons" version.

Make a normal one then add the command line argument -extoff to it, just like the shortcut in Programs > Accessories > Systems Tools has.
