Spoke with tech support trying to figure out why my internet suddenly slowed to a crawl around 7 PM tonight connected through the router and directly to the modem. Tech support couldn't figure out what the cause of my problems were and weirdly enough, they also said that they couldn't see my modem in their system either.
I'm using: Motorola SB 6120 on Firmware SB612X-1.0.5.1-SCM00-NOSH D-Link DIR-655 Wireless Router Premier Tier

Not sure what other information would be needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Yeah. I asked if there was an outage and they said there weren't any in my area. Of course, I've asked that before when there's been an outage and been told there wasn't one which could be the case here again.
