| First your modem was introduced back in 2004, and is very old. I'd suggest you replace it with one of the Motorola units. Second, after you replace it, see what your new modem reports for signal levels, as your current levels are middle of the road. There not bad, but could be better, like really good levels would be snr 35-36, upstream 41-47, and downstream closer to 0. You should only have one 2-way splitter between modem and outside line. You also may need a simple service call to replace some of the connectors on cables. I don't see anything wrong in any of the modem log entries, as those are all fairly normal. |
