[IN] Internet drops many times a day.

My internet keeps randomly dropping for short periods of time. It comes back on in like 1-2 minutes, but it happens many times a day and I mainly use my internet for online games and this prevents me from playing.

Based on your modem's diagnostic log, it looks like you're having drops at night after 11pm.

If that's the case, just know that Mediacom (much like AT&T and Comcast etc) do cable plant maintenance on their network at night to improve and repair their service.

12am - 6am is the 'maintenance window' for most companies. So they effect as few end user's as possible.
